SHINFOTECH has consultants working on various client locations across the globe. The wealth of knowledge our consultants have on extremely diverse skill sets is truly amazing. SHINFOTECH has also established practices focused on various skill sets from traditional skill sets to emerging skill sets.
As a strategic move, in some cases SHINFOTECH has worked with its client on new initiatives like Hire-Train-Deploy (HTD Model) to help them fulfill requirements on emerging or new technologies. As a part of this program SHINFOTECH and its client have jointly screened candidates who were then later trained by SHINFOTECH on new technologies as per the guidelines. These trained resources were then later deployed at various client locations within a span of 24 hours. This not only helped us to deploy consultants in large numbers but also gave us the advantage of being within budget for rare skills.
SHINFOTECH understands that organizations' relentless pursuit of excellence in all aspects including its expectations from its suppliers. To ensure that the “to be” proposed candidates have the requisite skills; SHINFOTECH has evolved a mature recruiting process.
